It’s a BHP Global Visa card, just without the card
Semble works in the same way as your BHP Global Visa cards. Simply hold your Semble-ready smartphone over a contactless payment terminal to make a purchase (you’ll need to enter a PIN for purchases over £80).

Security just like your BHP Global Visa cards
The Semble Ready secure SIM, which you’ll need to set up Semble, is encrypted to the same global security standards as the chip on your BHP Global Visa card – giving you the same protection as your BHP Global contactless debit and credit cards. Please remember though, that it’s still up to you to take reasonable care of your card and phone.
Get extra control with BHP Global Card Control
Semble works with BHP Global Card Control so you’ll still be able to control your cards from anywhere using your BHP Global Mobile app . For example, set a spending limit on your card, update your card PIN and, if you have a Visa debit card, change the Visa Debit account that Semble is linked to.
You’ll need a compatible Android smartphone, a Semble Ready secure SIM from 2 Degrees, Vodafone or Spark, and a BHP Global Visa credit card or BHP Global Visa Debit card.
Download the mobile app for your mobile network, free from Google Play.
Set up your profile in the Semble mobile app, then add your BHP Global Visa cards to Semble and create a PIN for these cards. Make sure your Near Field Communications (NFC) is turned on in your phone settings.
Then whenever you want to pay for purchases, simply hold your smartphone over a contactless payment terminal (look out for the Visa payWave symbol), wait for the beep, and you’re good to go.
